Takoyaki is a Japanese delicacy usually found in food courts or sidestreets. It's a yummy and healthy way of filling your tummy. Yesterday, I was able to witness how they make it.
It starts as a flat out batter and becomes balls as the vendor flips the batter. Amazing! For only P35 (additional 5 pesos for the fish flakes), you can enjoy four of these octopus filled balls. You have to try it.
